Whenever I try to log in, it doesn'[t recognize the account. I have the original packaging and the product key card still intact, but have never been able to make it work except in a read only mode. I installed Office in a sense - I can see the icons - but ieach time I try to use it it tells me I don't have a license to use it and asks me to buy it.
